Required Skills:
- Experience with Rational tool suite and HP Quality Center
- Decompose and group requested functionality into requirement sets for iterative development in an Agile environment
- Possess technical writing experience and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables:
Support technical analysis of business requirements and applicability to the current or planned Platform/Enabler/API Platform capabilities
Provide factory specific inputs to create Agile user stories to capture the developer/end user & administrator experience
Author detailed technical functional requirements and development tasks for the factory
Enter all functional requirements into the project release planning tool (Red mine/Rally)
Support Security/Legal/Compliance reviews for APIs and features as necessary
Support integration and testing teams with clarity on release scope and test case definition
Support defect triage and prioritization
