Location: St Cloud, MN

MUST HAVE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE.

 

Job Description:

 

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for review and management of production reported issues / requests.
2. Responsible for gathering, organizing and documenting the following:
1. Requirements Documentation
2. Test Plan / Test Cases
3. Release plan (release team, implementation plan, release plan, rollback plan, communication plan)
3. Lead, manage and communicate status of assigned tasks/projects.
4. Support existing applications and deliver new enhancements as required.
5. Ability to implement and deliver high quality changes as part of a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
7. Strong oral and written communication skills – with the ability to coordinate and communicate often and effectively between business and IT teams.
8. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal direction.
10. Adaptable to change.
11. Good team player and customer focused.
12. Actively support the established guidelines/processes.

 

 

Skills and Job Requirements

1. Knowledge and experience in SDLC
2. 3-5 years experience as a BSA Analyst
3. Development/technical experience is a plus.
4. Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
5. Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other business/financial applications
