MSSQL relational database design and development of stored procedures, functions, and views
ASP.NET 4.0 Application Development
Object Oriented Programming in C#
Architecting and describing technical solutions to functional and non-functional system requirements
Proven ability to design user interfaces and user-driven processes in a web application environment
Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test and collect test evidence
Proven ability to work with processes for the review, negotiation, and acceptance of formal project deliverables
PREFERRED
Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in school and/or district data systems
Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience with other state data systems and/or state data extraction for reporting
Demonstrated strong people skills.
Detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
MSSQL Administration and Performance Tuning
Experience with SSIS package and SSRS report development
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical application design, development, testing and implementation services in support of the clients Data Collection application
Be available during core business hours at the workstation assigned by the client at the Clients Application Development work site. Resources associated with this contract are expected to work on-site
Participate in weekly prioritization meetings
Complete accurate estimates for all work items assigned by the Technical Lead
Complete all development for all work items assigned by the Technical Lead within the documented work estimate
Develop test plans for work items as directed by Technical Lead
Execute test plans as directed by Technical Lead
Document all development work in accordance with the defined work management process for the Technical team
Provide technical support to the Customer Support Team as directed by the Technical Lead
Adhere to all workflow management processes as defined by the Technical Team
Be proficient in using Visual Studio 2010 including team foundation server, SQL Server 2005 & 2008 including SQL Server Management Studio, configuring IIS 6 & 7, and using Visual Studio 2008 for database projects
